Core Fulfillment

The warehousing and order-handling foundation MFT runs for sellers — storage, pick & pack, and disciplined inventory intake.

FAQ

Common questions

Straight answers on how this part of the operation runs.

Three linked steps: inventory intake (receiving, counting, and verifying your stock), warehousing (shelved storage organised by SKU), and pick & pack (order-by-order picking, packing, labelling, and dispatch prep). Together they are the foundation every delivery, PUDO, and COD service runs on top of.

Inbound goods are counted against your packing list, condition-checked, sorted, and shelved by SKU. Any discrepancy — short shipment, damage, mislabelled cartons — is flagged back to you at intake rather than discovered later when an order fails to pick.

Yes. Stock is tracked by SKU from intake through dispatch, and counts are reported back to you on the cadence agreed at onboarding. Discrepancies are raised with the reason attached, not netted off quietly.

Yes. Send branded boxes, mailers, inserts, or thank-you cards to the warehouse and they are used on your orders. If you do not supply your own, generic MFT packaging is the default.

No — storage is confirmed per market, product category, and volume. Some markets are coordinated from an MFT office rather than an MFT-operated warehouse, and each country page states which is which. Ask for your specific market before you plan a stock move.
