Which countries support cash on delivery?
COD status is shown per country in the availability table on this page and comes from MFT's market registry. Where it says Limited or Confirm with MFT, the route is confirmed during onboarding.
How are COD collections reconciled?
Collections are reconciled by order against delivery outcomes. Settlement currency and reporting fields are set per market and confirmed in your service schedule.
Can MFT integrate with my store?
MFT works with store connections, API or an approved order-import workflow. The method for your platform is confirmed during onboarding.
What happens when a customer refuses delivery?
The refusal is recorded with a reason code, the parcel follows the agreed return process, and the outcome appears in your reporting.
Can I begin with one market?

What products are restricted?
