Nigeria fulfillment questions

Lagos delivery times, regional routes, naira COD, PUDO pickup, returns and getting started.

Lagos Island (Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Lekki, Ajah) runs same day to next working day, and Lagos Mainland (Ikeja, Yaba, Surulere, Ikorodu) in 1–2 working days — the working-day window after dispatch, not from the moment a buyer checks out. Orders are confirmed with the buyer before dispatch, which keeps refused and unreachable orders from consuming that window, and PUDO pickup points are live on both the Island and the Mainland for buyers who prefer to collect.

Scheduled runs leave the Lagos hub for Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan and Kano on 2–5 working day routes, on the frequencies shown in the Nigeria coverage table. There is no second storage location in Nigeria — everything dispatches from Lagos. These routes are quoted route by route on volume and product type, and are never claimed as nationwide coverage.

At handover the rider confirms buyer and order, then takes cash or an instant bank transfer and waits for the credit alert before releasing the parcel. Collections are reconciled daily against your order list and remitted in Nigerian naira on the payout cadence agreed at onboarding, with the reconciliation report attached to each payment.

PUDO pickup points are configured on Lagos Island and Lagos Mainland routes; the scheduled regional routes are door delivery only. Buyers who miss a delivery, or who don't want couriers at the door, can collect nearby — cutting failed attempts on high-density routes.

Refused, undelivered, and buyer-return parcels come back to the Lagos hub, get checked against your return rules, and are restocked, disposed of, or returned to sender per your instructions. Reason codes stay with each parcel so recurring problems can be fixed at source.
