Established businesses with a visible, accessible location, reliable opening hours, a secure parcel-holding area, a responsible staff member on site and WhatsApp access on a working smartphone.

MFT is currently recruiting in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Ghana, Nigeria, Senegal and Rwanda. Locations elsewhere can register an expression of interest, which is not a live application.

No. MFT completes an initial review within one business day, then approval depends on location verification, operating-capacity checks, commercial agreement and operating training.

Commercial terms are set per market and confirmed in the partner agreement after your location is approved. They are not quoted on this page.

Enough secure, dry space to hold the parcel volume you declare in the application, in a lockable or staff-controlled area that customers cannot reach.

No. The previews on this page are watermarked samples. Official signage, the location code and the QR code are issued only after MFT activates your location.

The customer presents their tracking reference and identification, the partner confirms the details against the assigned parcel, and the collection is recorded before the parcel is released.

Uncollected parcels are flagged in the parcel status process and held for authorised MFT collection. Partners do not dispose of or return parcels independently.

Yes. A location can be suspended where identity, custody, security or escalation procedures are not followed, and the approved branding must then be withdrawn from display.
