Common questions
How quickly are orders dispatched?
Orders received before the daily market cut-off are picked, packed, and handed to the delivery or PUDO leg the same day. Orders after cut-off ship next business day.
Can you use my branded packaging?
Yes. You can ship branded boxes, mailers, inserts, and thank-you cards to the warehouse and they will be used on every order. Generic packaging is the default if you don't supply your own.
How is pick & pack priced?
Per order, with a small per-additional-item fee. Branded packaging is supplied by the seller; consumables (tape, polybag, label) are included.
What about kitting or bundles?
Multi-SKU kits and bundles are supported. Share the kit recipe and MFT will pre-build or assemble at pick time depending on volume.
