Coverage

MFT supports fulfillment across major cities and serviceable regions in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Ghana, Nigeria, and Senegal. Exact delivery coverage, timelines, COD availability, PUDO options, and returns workflow depend on location, product type, order volume, and operating route.

Delivery

Door delivery is offered in major cities and selected surrounding regions. Reattempts, scheduling, and timelines are confirmed per shipment and per market.

COD

Cash-on-delivery is available in selected markets and product categories. Payout schedules and reconciliation terms are confirmed in the signed service agreement.

PUDO

PUDO partner locations are added to the network on an ongoing basis. Availability at a specific location depends on the active MFT partner network at the time of order.

Cross-border

Cross-border movement depends on route, destination market, product type, and customs documentation provided by the seller. MFT supports the operational steps of the move but does not guarantee customs clearance.

Returns

Returns can be received at PUDO points or warehouses, inspected, and either restocked or flagged for seller decision. Specific return windows and conditions are agreed per seller.
