WhatsApp Order Updates for Sellers
Your customers get delivery pings on WhatsApp. You get one daily read of what shipped, what failed, and what COD was reconciled — with exceptions pushed the moment they happen.
Why sellers switch updates on
Fewer failed deliveries
A customer who knows the parcel is out today is home for it. Out-for-delivery pings cut the wasted second attempt.
Faster COD reconciliation
Every collection is reconciled per order and shown on a line-item remittance statement, so finance stops chasing riders for cash totals.
No chasing for status
Exceptions reach you on WhatsApp as they happen. You stop asking where an order is and start acting on the handful that need you.

Common questions
What updates do I actually get?
A daily WhatsApp or email summary covering dispatched, delivered, failed, returned, and COD reconciled — plus per-order detail whenever you need it. Exceptions (refused, returned, lost) ping you as they happen rather than waiting for the summary.
Do my customers get updates too?
Yes. Delivery pings go to the customer on WhatsApp at dispatch, out for delivery, delivered, failed and returned. Which of those events fire is configurable per merchant.
Can customers opt out of the pings?
Yes — one reply stops them. The opt-out is stored against that number, so future orders skip WhatsApp automatically.
Will messages go out at night?
No. Quiet hours are set per market, so pings queue until the next working window instead of waking your customers.
Which languages are the messages in?
English plus the local language of each market — Swahili, Nyanja, Luganda, Twi, Pidgin, Wolof or French. Templates are per market and fully editable.
What happens if the customer's number is wrong?
The message bounces back as an exception on your daily report, so the bad number is visible before the delivery attempt rather than after.
Can I export the data?
Yes. CSV and PDF exports of every report, and scheduled file drops for sellers running their own system on the other side.
