MFT serves Rwanda as a pilot market inside the East Africa corridor. Only Nyarugenge, Gasabo and Kicukiro are currently configured, on confirmed scheduled routes rather than daily nationwide delivery. There is no MFT-operated warehouse or PUDO network in Rwanda. RWF COD may use cash, MTN MoMo or Airtel Money where operations reconfirm the payment method for the route. Refused parcels move back on the scheduled return leg, other provinces are quoted individually, and Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda corridor movements are reviewed route by route.

These are the published service levels on the Rwanda coverage rows — Kigali: 1–2 working days. Dispatch depends on the cut-off (scheduled runs — confirmed at onboarding), and the actual window a buyer experiences also depends on customer confirmation, parcel dimensions and the route schedule for that area. For anywhere outside those rows the route is reviewed before an order is accepted; no delivery window is promised until onboarding confirms it.

PUDO collection is not configured as a standing option in Rwanda today. Where a buyer cannot take a door delivery, a holding and re-attempt arrangement is agreed per route rather than pointing them at a collection network we do not operate here.

You raise a line-level query using the reconciliation reference or the parcel reference, within the window stated in your service schedule. MFT then reviews the order reference, the delivery or collection reason code, the custody and rider record, the delivery or collection evidence, the amount collected in Rwandan franc (RWF) and the payout batch the line sits in before the query is closed. Outcomes follow that evidence — no automatic refund and no fixed resolution time are promised unless your contract states one.

Kigali — Nyarugenge, Gasabo and Kicukiro — is the practical coverage base, served on scheduled dispatch runs rather than a daily same-day promise. Eastern, Southern, Northern and Western Province destinations such as Rwamagana, Huye, Musanze and Rubavu are quoted route by route at onboarding.

Rwanda is a pilot market for MFT, so the honest comparison is narrow: we run order preparation, buyer confirmation, scheduled Kigali delivery, COD in Rwandan francs and returns, and we do not operate a Rwandan warehouse or a PUDO network. Yes, on the Kigali runs. The rider verifies the buyer and order, collects cash or takes an MTN MoMo or Airtel Money payment, then releases the parcel. Collections are reconciled against your order list and remitted in Rwandan francs on an agreed cadence. A per-parcel value ceiling and eligible categories are agreed at onboarding; refused or unreachable orders are logged with a reason code and rescheduled or returned on the next leg.

In the East Africa corridor, not in Rwanda. MFT does not operate its own warehouse in Rwanda today, so stock is received, stored and picked at a corridor origin and moved into Kigali on scheduled runs. Local storage is only confirmed during route review against your product type and monthly volume.

Not yet. There is no MFT PUDO network in Rwanda, so orders are completed by door delivery in Kigali or, where a buyer cannot be reached, returned on the scheduled leg. PUDO is available in other MFT markets such as Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.

Yes. Rwanda sits inside our East Africa corridor with route-by-route movement from Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. MFT coordinates the freight leg; customs clearance, permits and duties remain with the seller and their licensed broker.

COD is configured on the Kigali coverage rows published on the Rwanda country page. Anything outside those rows goes through route review before COD is switched on, because a collection we cannot reconcile is worse for you than a prepaid order.

Collections settle in Rwandan franc (RWF). Reconciliation runs daily, against your order manifest, and payout timing is confirmed in your rwanda service schedule — the schedule is written into your agreement rather than left open. Every payment arrives with the reconciliation reference behind it, so each amount ties back to named orders.

The rider logs a reason code at the point of refusal — refused, not reachable, wrong address, part payment — and the parcel is rescheduled up to the attempt count agreed at onboarding. After that it is held for collection where a pickup point is available, or brought back to the Kigali intake for you to restock, retry or recall. The reason code stays attached to the order so repeat failure patterns are visible instead of anecdotal.

PUDO is not configured as a live network in Rwanda today. Where a buyer cannot receive a door delivery we agree a holding and re-attempt arrangement per route rather than pointing them at a pickup network we do not operate here.

Collection is verified against the parcel reference and the phone number on the order. Partner locations ask for the reference and, where the order is high value or the collector is not the buyer, identification matching the order name. Rules that go beyond that — a fixed value threshold, a signature requirement — are set in your service schedule so your customer-facing copy can state them accurately.

Returns run on the Kigali rows. A parcel that is refused, undelivered after the agreed attempts, or left uncollected past its holding window is logged against the original order, brought back for inspection at intake, and resolved on your instruction — restock, hold or return to sender. Who bears each leg and the holding window itself are commercial terms in your agreement, not a site-wide promise.

Stock for Rwanda is received and held under the arrangement named on the Rwanda country page before you ship anything — Kigali is the working intake and dispatch point for this market. Goods-in is counted against your manifest, discrepancies are raised the same operating day, and you are told in writing who is holding the stock rather than being given a generic "our warehouse" answer.

Storage, goods-in counting, pick and pack, labelling and dispatch handover run as one sequence for Rwanda — stored stock is only useful if it can leave on the same operating day, so both sides sit with the same team. Packaging specification, insert handling and any SKU-level rules are set at onboarding and applied per order, not improvised at the bench.
