You can pick modules. Sellers commonly start with warehousing and pick & pack, then add door delivery, PUDO, COD collection, or returns handling as volume grows. Each module is quoted independently on the same document, so you can see what each one costs before adding it.
Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Ghana, Nigeria, and Senegal. What is available inside each market differs — every country page publishes a capability matrix showing which services are live, which are available on request, and which are not offered there.
Door delivery takes the parcel to the buyer's address; PUDO holds it at a vetted local shop, pharmacy, or agent for the buyer to collect. PUDO costs less per parcel and cuts failed attempts on hard-to-reach or repeat-no-show addresses, so most sellers run both and route orders by address quality.
Yes, in markets where COD is supported. The rider confirms the buyer and order, collects cash or a mobile money payment, and the collection is reconciled daily against your order manifest. Payout runs in local currency on a cadence agreed at onboarding, with the reconciliation report attached.
Order intake can run from a file export, a shared order sheet, or a direct feed depending on your platform and volume. Integration work is scoped during onboarding and quoted as a one-time line rather than assumed.
It depends on the modules. A single-city last-mile setup can start quickly; warehousing and cross-border setups take longer because stock has to physically move and routes have to be planned. The team confirms a realistic timeline after reviewing your product, volume, and markets.

MFT can coordinate inventory receiving, quantity and condition checks, SKU mapping, storage, stock records, pick and pack, dispatch handover and returns processing. The exact scope depends on the country, storage arrangement, product category, volume and route. MFT confirms the operating location and included controls before stock is sent.
Yes, where the selected market can support the requested storage and handover model. Tell MFT who will collect the goods, how orders will be released and what proof of custody is required. The quote should separate receiving, storage, handling and collection charges.
1. Send an inbound reference and SKU list before arrival. 2. MFT or the confirmed storage operator counts cartons and units. 3. Visible damage and discrepancies are recorded before acceptance. 4. SKUs, variants and any batch or expiry fields are mapped. 5. The opening available, damaged and quarantined balances are shared for acknowledgement.
Inventory records should separate available, reserved, damaged, quarantined and returned stock. Reporting frequency and system access depend on the agreed merchant workflow. MFT confirms the stock report, evidence fields and exception process during onboarding.
Perishables, temperature-sensitive goods, liquids, fragile goods, high-value items, regulated products, batteries, hazardous materials and products with expiry or batch controls require review. Do not send these items until storage conditions, handling rules and liability terms are confirmed.
Pricing can depend on cubic volume or pallet space, number of SKUs, storage duration, inbound handling, pick frequency, packaging, special conditions, insurance or liability terms and the destination market. MFT quotes each cost component rather than presenting an unverified flat rate.
