Door Delivery
Reliable last-mile delivery in the cities and corridors that actually drive your orders, with reattempts and PUDO fallback built in.
Inside Door Delivery
- Scheduled delivery windows by city zone
- Customer confirmation call before the rider arrives
- Up to two reattempts, with structured rescheduling
- PUDO fallback for persistent unavailability
- COD collection by rider with reconciliation
- Per-order status: out for delivery, delivered, failed
The operational flow
- 1
Handover
Picked, packed, labelled orders are handed from the warehouse to the delivery leg before the daily cut-off.
- 2
Confirmation
The agent confirms the address window with the customer and books the delivery slot.
- 3
Delivery attempt
The rider delivers, captures proof of delivery, and collects COD if applicable.
- 4
Resolution
Failed deliveries are reattempted, rerouted to PUDO, or flagged back to the seller — never silently dropped.
Coverage
City-level coverage in eight markets. Out-of-zone addresses are routed to PUDO or scheduled for the next inter-city run.
Who this fits
Online stores
Sellers whose customers expect a delivery to the door, not a courier counter across town.
DTC brands
Brands where the delivery experience is part of the product — confirmation calls and clean handovers matter.
COD-led sellers
Sellers whose customers pay on delivery and need reconciled, on-schedule remittance.
Common questions
Which cities do you deliver in?
Major cities and serviceable regions in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Ghana, Nigeria, and Senegal. Exact suburbs and timing per market are confirmed in your operating plan.
How do reattempts work?
If a customer is unavailable, the rider reattempts inside a defined window with a confirmation call. Persistent failures are routed to the nearest PUDO point as a fallback.
How is delivery priced?
By city zone and parcel weight band. Cross-zone and same-day delivery sit on a separate band. Quoted clearly per market — no surprise fuel surcharges.
Do you collect COD on delivery?
Yes. Cash-on-delivery is collected by the rider, reconciled centrally, and remitted on the agreed payout cycle. See COD Collection Support for the operational detail.
