These terms govern your use of the MFT Fulfillment Centre website. By using the site or submitting a quote request, you agree to these terms. Fulfillment services themselves are governed by a separate written commercial agreement.

2. Information on the website

We work hard to keep service descriptions, country coverage, and pricing examples accurate, but information on the website is provided for general guidance only. Final service terms, rates, and route availability are confirmed in your individual quote and contract.

3. Quote requests

Submitting a quote does not create a binding fulfillment agreement. MFT will review your request and respond with a proposal where we can offer service. A binding relationship starts only once both parties sign a service agreement.

4. Delivery, COD, PUDO & returns

Delivery timelines, COD payouts, PUDO availability, and returns handling depend on city, route, product type, order volume, and operational capacity. Specific commitments are documented in the signed service agreement, not on the website.

5. Cross-border fulfillment

Cross-border service depends on route, destination market, product type, and customs documentation provided by the seller. MFT does not guarantee customs clearance and is not liable for delays caused by missing or incorrect documentation, regulatory changes, or third-party agent decisions.

6. Intellectual property

The MFT name, logo, photography, and site content belong to MFT or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MFT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Liability for services provided under a signed agreement is governed by that agreement.
