  • Contact details you provide via our quote form, contact form, or WhatsApp: name, business name, email, WhatsApp number, country.
  • Fulfillment requirements you share: product category, monthly order volume, stock location, delivery countries, service needs.
  • Operational data generated by working with us: orders, parcels, delivery addresses, COD amounts, returns.
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through standard server logs.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to quote requests and operational queries.
  • To plan, deliver, and reconcile fulfillment services we agree to provide.
  • To improve our website, services, and route coverage.
  • To comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations in the countries we operate in.

4. Sharing your information

We share information only with parties needed to deliver the service you requested — for example, riders, PUDO partners, warehouse staff, payment processors, and customs agents. We do not sell your personal data.

Lead and quote data is retained for as long as we maintain a commercial relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards to support follow-up and legal record-keeping. Operational fulfillment records are retained per local statutory requirements.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by emailing info@mftfulfillmentcentre.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law.

7. Cookies

We use minimal cookies and standard analytics to understand site usage and improve performance. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.
