How do you handle shortages or damages on inbound?
Variances are caught at the receiving bay, photographed, and reported to the seller with the SKU, quantity, and action recommended (accept, return, claim).
Do you support serial or batch tracking?
Yes for categories where it matters — electronics, cosmetics, regulated goods. Share the requirement in your quote and MFT will scope the right capture at intake.
How long does intake take?
Standard inbounds are received the same business day and made pickable within 24 hours. Large containers are scheduled and processed against a published SLA.
