Can I send stock from Europe or the UK?
Yes. You arrange shipping and import to the agreed receiving location, and MFT handles local fulfillment from there.
How is customer data handled?
Customer data is processed to fulfil and deliver orders. Contract terms, retention and transfer arrangements are agreed with you during onboarding.

Which countries support cash on delivery?

How are COD collections reconciled?
Collections are reconciled by order against delivery outcomes. Settlement currency and reporting fields are set per market and confirmed in your service schedule.
Can MFT integrate with my store?
MFT works with store connections, API or an approved order-import workflow. The method for your platform is confirmed during onboarding.
What happens when a customer refuses delivery?
The refusal is recorded with a reason code, the parcel follows the agreed return process, and the outcome appears in your reporting.
