Can I send stock from Vietnam or China?
Yes, you can sell from anywhere in Asia. You arrange shipping and import to the agreed receiving location, and MFT handles local fulfillment from there.
Can MFT confirm orders in local languages?
Order confirmation is run in English today. Tell MFT which other languages you need and they will confirm what is possible in each market.
Does MFT handle customs clearance?

Which countries support cash on delivery?
COD status is shown per country in the availability table on this page and comes from MFT's market registry. Where it says Limited or Confirm with MFT, the route is confirmed during onboarding.
How are COD collections reconciled?
Collections are reconciled by order against delivery outcomes. Settlement currency and reporting fields are set per market and confirmed in your service schedule.
Can MFT integrate with my store?
MFT works with store connections, API or an approved order-import workflow. The method for your platform is confirmed during onboarding.
What happens when a customer refuses delivery?
The refusal is recorded with a reason code, the parcel follows the agreed return process, and the outcome appears in your reporting.
Can I begin with one market?
Yes. Many sellers start with one market and add others once the first route is running.
What products are restricted?
Restrictions differ by country and product. Share your product category in the form and MFT confirms what can be handled before any stock ships.
How long does onboarding take?
