Kenya operations
Your Kenya fulfillment checklist is ready to download.
One page per stage of the Kenya order lifecycle — the same sequence used on the fulfillment guide, in a form your warehouse and support teams can tick off.
No email or form required. The checklist is operational guidance, not a service-level commitment — route availability and COD terms are confirmed per merchant.
- Before you send stock — coverage, restricted goods, goods-in booking
- Goods-in and stock confirmation — counts, damage, opening balances
- Order release — reference, verified SKU, phone format, cut-off
- Pick, pack and quality check
- Dispatch handover — Nairobi daily, upcountry scheduled runs
- Share tracking — WhatsApp confirmation and delivery pings
- COD reconciliation in KES — cash and M-Pesa lines
- Returns and disputes — evidence, segregation, recorded instructions
Before you work through it, confirm the route
The checklist assumes your destination is serviceable. Share a location pin or your county and town and an operator confirms the storage, delivery, COD and PUDO options for that route on WhatsApp.
Your browser asks permission before sharing a pin, and MFT uses the location only to review serviceability. WhatsApp opens a draft you choose whether to send. MFT does not detect your location by IP address.
